The productions of these design parts with metallic surfaces are an important unit in our costumer’s requirement for more than 5 years. Since June 2008 we are able to provide you with this in House process for your convenience.

Thin aluminium coatings ranging in thickness from 60nm to 120 nm can be deposited on plastic surfaces using the plasma vapor deposition process.

Protective coatings can also be generated on a SiO or hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) base by means of plasma polymerisation. This means that we can offer you a complete service from one source. Tool design and manufacture, production of the injection-molded parts, and excellent quality coated design parts ready for assembly.
